Why are my pay cheques printing when they are set for direst deposit?

I appreciate you reaching out to us here.  Welcome!  In review of the unexpected behavior with your QuickBooks Online Payroll, I have found this has also been reported by other customers, and is currently being investigated by our Development Team.  At this time, I encourage you to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community, so they can add you to the list of affected users, and ensure you receive an email notification when the issue has been resolved.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
