Why are not all transactions are automatically updated from bank account?

We have connected QBO to our bank accounts, however, not all of the transactions are being updated automatically.
We are, however, able to download the data directly from the bank to a qbo format.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

It may be browsing data on your system that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Here are some steps to resolve issues that are caused by browsing data:

They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you.
