Why are our exp's not showing on TB/COA yet are on profit/loss stmt. what causes this? using bank module for first time on QB foe 2 yrs

Make sure your TB/COA is looking at the same date range as your financial statements.  For all reports in QBO it defaults to the current date so if your P&L/BS is looking at the end of the month, be sure your TB/COA is too.
