Why aren't all of the transactions on our linked Mastercard being imported into Quickbooks?

It is a Tangerine Mastercard. We are regularly prompted to complete a security step to keep the card linked. We've tried updating the card several times, but there are still transactions that are not being uploaded.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides the ability for you to update your banking automatically to save valuable time.  I'd be happy to provide more information so you can keep your accounts up to date!

 

Based on the unexpected behavior you've described, I recommend contacting us outside of Community.  This will provide us with the opportunity to work with you directly and pinpoint the areas of concern, so we can look further into the situation from our end.  In the interim, you can manually upload transactions.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
