Why can I not get rid of the pop up in Classic Quickbooks time saying we are updating our term? I can't seem to use that program at all today due to this pop up.

Thanks for reaching out to us here! QuickBooks Online provides ads to create awareness of features offered.  At this time there isn't a way to prevent the ads from popping up, you can select No thanks or simply hit the X to close it.
