Why can't I print cheques?

This issue has been reported already. Our developers are now investigating and working to resolve this. I recommend contacting our live agents so that you will be added on the list of affected company and you'll receive an update from time to time. To reach out to our live agents:

  1. Go to the Help icon and click Contact us.
  2. Enter a keyword about your concern. Then, hit Continue.
  3. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.
