Why can't I view my T4 slips? Just a black screen with the circle, then an error message. tried using a Mac and on a PC. When will this problem be resolved??

I haven't seen any other reports of this happening with other users, so there are a few other troubleshooting steps I'd like you to try. Using different devices and operating systems is definitely a good place to start and can help us rule out those as being the issue with the T4 slips loading as a black screen with a spinning circle. The next steps I would like you to try include resetting your Internet, trying a different Internet connection, and ensuring that any popup blockers or firewalls are turned off. This will allow us to see if these are impacting the way the software works.
