Hi there shannon8,

Syncing QuickBooks Online with your bank and credit card accounts means that you'll save tons of time, especially during monthly reconciliations. Staying organized is what QuickBooks is made for, and the Bank Feed plays a huge role in that. I'll help explain why your bank transactions may not be updating.

The first thing to note is that when you connect your accounts to QuickBooks in the Bank Feed, the program will only pull through the last 90 days of transactions. If you're not seeing history beyond the past 3 months, don't worry. The system is working as intended. You're able to import more than 90 days of transactions by manually downloading your transactions from your online banking website, then uploading them to QuickBooks. Here's how to do that: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

If your bank isn't updating automatically each day and you're noticing missing transactions, take a look at this article: Missing transactions.

Another important step is to clear the cache and cookies in your web browser. These are stored files that can cause bugs in sites like QuickBooks Online, and clearing them out will ensure your browser has a fresh start. Here's how to do that: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

I'm confident these steps will help get you back on track. If you have any other questions, or if the issue persists, please don't hesitate to reach back out to me in the comments section.

Have a great day!
