Hi there, 

 

It's vital you know why your Online Payments application was denied. Don't worry, I'll steer you in the right direction with this. 

 

I wan to make sure this issue is figured out ASAP. I highly suggest contacting our QuickBooks Payments Support team. They have the tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment, which we're unable to do here in the Community space, and verify what's causing of this issue.

 

Here's how to contact them:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top to select the Contact Us link.
  2. Enter contact support in the field box, and then click on the Let's Talk button.
  3. In the Contact us window, choose how you want to contact our support: Get a callback or Start a chat.
