Why do I have trouble getting into the Canada community and not the US community?

Have to close QuickBooks, clear browser history, close browser, then open new browser and try to log into Canada Community.

Based on the details you've provided, it's vital to check if you're using a VPN to access the web. The reason I suggest this is that if your VPN is based outside of Canada, the chances of reaching the US Community are much higher. I also recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser as that helps fix most minor browser issues.
