Why do my etransfer transactions no.longer show the customers name associated with the amount? Hard to identify qho.sent the money

It sounds like you're taking advantage of the timesaving bank feeds feature in your QuickBooks Online account. I want to provide you with some information about the bank feed feature.

The bank feeds are transactions downloaded directly from your bank. Your QuickBooks Online account is reading the information, and an algorithm in the program tries to decipher the data. As you input information, the program remembers what you've entered and uses that for the following transactions. If the customer you receive the transfer is from is difficult to pick out, you might want to Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online and then match the transactions through your bank feed.
