Why do my previously matched transactions reappear on my banking page?

Hi there, 

 

It's great you're taking advantage of the powerful Banking feature which QuickBooks offers. I'd be glad to share more information that'll help answer any questions you have. 

 

Once you connect your bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks automatically downloads your recent transactions. Then it shows you if they match any records you’ve already entered in QuickBooks. It's important to note there are 3 tabs on your Banking tab; For Review, Reviewed, and Excluded. Here's what this means:

 

For review - The transactions aren't included in your books until you add them.

 

Reviewed - This is where your reviewed transactions fall under and this means they're now reflecting in your books. 

 

Excluded - This is where unwanted transactions go. From here you have the option to completely delete the transactions from QuickBooks or add them back to the For Review tab.
