Question

Why does my due date on invoices revert to 30 days even though I have set it to "Due upon receipt"? I use QB Desktop and set the template to "Due Upon receipt"

Hello Lisamull.  Thanks for contacting us here. Please ignore the message above by Tyler A as that's spam. In regards to the issue you're experiencing, is this happening with new invoices as well or it's the old invoices that reverting to the 30 days you've mentioned?

Hi James,

It is both old and new invoices.

I see. There may be an issue with the program saving the template in question. In order to remedy this issue, I suggest using the QuickBooks tool hub. The QuickBooks Tool Hub is designed to help fix issues such as the one you've described above. Check out this article here that shows you how to effectively use the Tool Hub to your advantage. Let me know what happens when you try this. I'll be one message away.
