Why does my recurring transactions function never work. It always says loading error no matter which type of browser I use

Welcome to Community!  Creating recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online is a valuable time saver.  I would be happy to provide some insight here, so your templates work as designed!

I appreciate the steps you've taken to troubleshoot the issue, by trying other browsers.  In addition to that, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, to help improve system performance.
