Why does QuckBooks - Self Employed start the business week on a Monday, instead of a regular calendar, which is Sunday?

Based on what you've described, the ability to edit your week start date isn't available. I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers so this can be included in the upcoming updates. You can do this by clicking the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. Product improvements are largely based on the feedback we get from users like you.
