Why does the desktop APP keep crashing? really annoying when you are trying to get work done?

Hi there, 


The QuickBooks Online desktop app is a great way to access your account quickly and easily. It's important that you're able to open the app and get your work done, as your time is extremely valuable. 

 

I'd recommend clearing the cache in the desktop app by clicking Help > Reset App Data. Think of this like clearing the cache and cookies in your web browser for a fresh start. This typically resolves any kind of error or system crashing that you may be experiencing when using the desktop app. 

If you're still noticing that the desktop app is crashing while you work, I'd recommend using the web browser version of QuickBooks Online. Google Chrome is our fully supported browser, so I recommend using this for optimal performance of the program.
