Question

Why is it that QB fees keep increasing and connectivity keeps droppig ? Every day for the past two weeks - during banking hours - I get the 105 error.

Bank site is not down for maintenance as they always say. This makes QBO almost impossible to use during normal business hours.  Very unhappy

Hi there,

Glad to have you join the Community. I'd be happy to assist so you can sync your bank transactions with ease using QuickBooks.

Banking error 105 appears when there's a connection issue between the bank and QuickBooks. I recommend manually updating your transactions in QuickBooks using the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  3. Select Update.

I also recommend checking with your bank's website using the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website. If you can't sign in, reach out to your bank or credit card company about the next steps.
  2. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts. These should tell you if something isn't working.
  3. Review your account pages, account history, and transactions. If you can't see these, there may be connection issues.

I encourage you to check this on your end and let me know how you make out. I'll be a message away in case you have additional questions. Otherwise, I wish you a great rest of the day!
