Why is my last bank account transaction downloaded March 2 2020 when my account is still connected?

The bank feed connection relies on the program communicating with your bank's website, so there can sometimes be troubles like these where the transactions are missing. I recently responded to someone else with a similar question, so I recommend going through the troubleshooting steps I outlined there and then getting in touch with support to work one-on-one with an agent if you need more help.
