Greetings, @548910!

You can customize your invoice template so the Description of your line item will show when printing them. I'm here to help you accomplish this.

To do so:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Find your default invoice template.
  4. Below the ACTION column, select Edit.
  5. Choose Content.
  6. Select the Pencil icon on the invoice line item.
  7. Hit the Checkbox to show the Description field.
  8. Click Done.

In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about your customizing your invoice template: How to Customize your Sales Form Template?

Lastly, you can also read this article that might you with your future tasks: Add, Customize, or Remove Logos on Sales Forms.

As always, you can leave a comment below or start a new thread if you have any other concerns. I'll be keeping an eye for your response.

Thank you so much.  I called QBO and they were unable to help me.  Thank you again for this as they had told me that we would have to type the description in another box in order for it two show on this invoice.
