Why the profit lost income report missing an item from the invoice

Hi I am trying to figure out why the Report of line 101 on my GST summary does not match the Net income on my profit and lost report so I drill down report numbers to see where all the numbers are from. 

I discover that the Income Sale from profit and lost report is missing an entry from a particular invoice. Why is that? Please see my screen shot which include the excel download filter by INV # 134  and compare and it to the invoice #134 detail, it is  missing an entry as i highlight on my invoice. How is that possible?

it's vital that all your transactions be entered correctly for your reports to be accurate. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you can see the profit of your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with this transaction.

 

If a transaction isn't showing up properly on a tax report, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to view the transaction as well as the report with you in a secure setting in order to assist you in making sure it's entered correctly to affect the reports.
