Why won't paypal transactions update in the banking feeds? It says that the last time it updated was on Feb. 23,2020

Where can I ask for soime assistance regarding this request. Because its for my clients QBO and the transactions from paypal is not updating through its proper Paypal currency that was set up. My client conduct business internationally. My client pays and receive money from different countries that's why we set up separate banks for the different currencies like Paypal USD, Paypal PHP and etc.

Your bank transactions are one of the most important pieces of information on your QBO account. It's vital your transactions are updating. Don't worry, I'd be glad to give you a hand so you can focus on what you love. 

 

I'm glad you'retaking advantage of the versatility offered by QBO by adding multiple bank feeds. Based on what you've described, there are two reasons why your transactions aren't updating:

  • Your PayPal has enabled a new security feature that requires you to take action.
  • The bank is under maintenance.

To check for this, I recommend trying to log into your PayPal account and see if there are any prompts you have to agree with. After that, open QBO and  do the manual update by following these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Banking.
  2. Select your PayPal account, and click Update button
