With the Connect to Square App will I need to approve all of the cash transactions as well as the Card transactions in the "App Transaction" Tab?

It looks like the cash transactions are creating an entry in undeposited funds and into my bank account, which it didn't used to. We do a lump sum deposit monthly so I don't want the cash transactions automatically entered into banking.

It’s important that all your transactions are entered correctly so that your books are balanced. QuickBooks Online is a tool that can connect to various services from apps to import information. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with your square transactions.

 

For help with importing transactions from Square, I recommend you contact the support team outside the Community. They will be able to view how transactions are imported with you and help you find the best way to enter those transactions. You can reach them using these steps:
