Withholding payment

QuickBooks has been withholding money from me, due to a payment I owe them. I have been trying to pay QuickBooks for a week, they will not connect me with the proper department.  They have sent an email with a phone number, saying I can pay that way, but when I phone the number I am sent to customer service and they won't take my payment. I am thinking of taking legal action soon, unless someone can help me with this situation.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. Welcome! QuickBooks Online Payments, enables your customers to pay directly from the invoice they receive.  To ensure you receive the funds as soon as possible, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. This will enable them to work with you directly and verify your account in a private setting, so the funds can be released without delay!
