Question

You saidThe app is not tracking my mileage properly. It is even changing the addresses that I enter to update erje correct information. How can this be addressed?

Hi exchiela-empower,

 

Welcome to Community!  It's important that you're able to track your vehicle expenses and business miles accurately in QuickBooks Online.   I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest refreshing the app, or uninstall and then reinstall it to ensure it's up to date.  The app will automatically track your mileage, providing you've set up the required components as noted here.

 

Should you continue to experience the same unexpected behavior, please contact us outside of Community, so we can look further into this from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
