About Products and Services under Item details

Hi there

 

When I input a bill for supplier, I found there is a "Item Details" which allows me to input the supplier cost by the designated category, say Food cost - Sugar & Flour, under "Products & Services" (the bill ultimate charge to the 10100 Food Costs - outlets as designated account), however, if I wish to input the bill by using the Tools -> Import Data -> Bills, how can I map the Item Details data for the csv file, as I have 100+ invoices to upload, it will take too much effort to input the bills one by one to edit the Item Details, thank you very much.

I understand how straightforward and convenient it is for your company to import multiple bills.

 

However, because the Item details section is not included when importing bills to QuickBooks, the Product/Service section cannot be imported. Because it would increase the inventory count automatically.

Otherwise, if you really need to import multiple bills with item details included, you can look for a third-party application that can be integrated to QuickBooks Online.
