At this time, QuickBooks ProAdvisor's access can only work with clients in the same country or region. I'd recommend reaching out to an accountant located in your place for professional accounting advice.

There is no QBO Accountant version to manage QBO Global version yet. You may ask your accountant to access your QBO account as one of users. Another option, you may explore this service for assistance.
