Will I be able to access my Bahamian accounts with QB? Or only USA service? At least a PayPal account?

Yes, you'll be able to access your Bahamian accounts with QuickBooks Online (QBO) International if they're associated with one of the financial institutions that support our online banking feature, Feliks. I'll provide further details about this below.

Both our US and International versions of QuickBooks can link to bank or credit card accounts, including PayPal. With the latter-mentioned service, you can add a foreign currency bank account to your Chart of Accounts using the multicurrency feature

Whenever you're ready to link your bank account with QuickBooks, please see this article for the step-by-step guide: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online

I'm always ready to answer all your queries about bank connectivity or any other QuickBooks-related topics. Kindly update me by leaving a comment below.

Where can I find that list of financial institutions that are linked with QB international? You have a Link? Tks

I appreciate your prompt response, Feliks, and your interest in having the list of financial institutions you can connect with QuickBooks Online (QBO) International.

QBO supports more than 20,000 local and international financial institutions; however, we don't have a list of bank and credit card accounts that can be linked in the International versions. At this time, the available links are for Australia (AU) and United Kingdom (UK) versions:

While the link is unavailable, I suggest visiting the Connect an account page instead. From there, search for the bank or credit card account you wish to link to and see if it can be connected to the program. Allow me to guide you through the process:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and then select Bank transactions.
  2. Click Link account.
  3. In the Search box, type the name of the bank or credit card account.
  4. You can also search various banks to determine if they're supported.

For more details, please see this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

If your financial institutions didn't show, I suggest manually uploading the data to add them to the program. You can also request support from your bank.

Once you've successfully connected your account, I recommend reviewing the downloaded bank transactions to ensure it's categorised correctly. It keeps your books remain organised and accurate.
