Hi, I downloaded the app on my android device but getting a blank screen, I have deleted it and reloaded but still the same

Thank you for visiting the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing troubleshooting steps to ensure you're able to use your QuickBooks Online app without any issue so you can start operating with it.

 

There are times when your QuickBooks Online app has a lot of data which may cause QuickBooks to appear blank screen after downloading it. If you're able to see the Help icon, I recommend resetting the QBO App. This refreshes the data to ensure that the app will be loaded. this will also help to refresh to its default state.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete and close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.

 

If you didn't see the Help icon, I recommend making sure that your mobile operating system and QuickBooks Online app are updated to the latest release. Then, restart your phone to confirm if you encounter the same thing.

 

If the issue persists, you'll have to hit the Clear Data option in the Storage section of your mobile phone to reset the app to its default state.
