can not access my company file

I have had issues for 4-5 days accessing my company file. Other users in our company also cannot our files. I have another Quickbooks Online account that can access other files for another company. I've attached the message that I keep seeing every time. “Your company data is unavailable at the moment. QuickBooks Online Plus needs exclusive access for brief routine maintenance. Please close your browser, wait a few minutes, and login again.” Any tips would help greatly. Thanks.

  1. Select I forgot my user ID or password from the sign-in screen.
  2. Choose to Try Something Else.
  3. Click Talk to an expert.
