Can we talk ! As I am getting difficulty in renewing my account

I'll point you on the right track, @ajayquatris.

 

I understand your urge to talk to someone for support. But before I hand you over, I'd happy to give help with your renewal issue. 

 

Let's make sure that you're logged in as a Master or Company Admin and your browser is not full of caches. This way, you can go through the renewal process. Plenty of caches can cause some problems or latency issues. 

 

With this, I'd recommend doing initial troubleshooting steps like logging in to your account via incognito. Use these hotkeys: 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

From there renew the subscription again to verify if it's already functioning well. If it works, please go back to your normal browser and clear the cache. Using other supported browsers is a good alternative too. 

 

On the other hand, if the issue keeps going, you can talk/chat to our support by hitting the Help button in your account. Please take note that our Support Team is open from M-F 9:30 AM to 6 PM IST. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us. 
  2. Type your concern in the box and hit Let's talk
  3. Click Chat to get an expert within 3-5 mins, it depends on the queue. 
  4. Complete the needed information and submit the request.
