Can you guide me why my bank accounts are not getting connected with quickbooks even after refreshing it?

Though, we can get your transactions by clicking the Update button on the Banking page up to three times. Doing it helps to refresh the connectivity between your bank's website into QuickBooks. If the same thing happens, we can bring your bank transactions into QuickBooks Online through Web Connect. Here's how:

1. Log in to your financial institution. 
2. Download the transactions using the CSV file format. Once done, save it to your desktop or anywhere on your computer, where you can easily find it.
3. Then, sign in to your QBO account. Within the Banking page, click the File upload button.
4. Click Browse and select the file you've saved. Then, Next.
5. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.
