credit card memo line information TAKEN OUT BY QB
Someone at QB changed the memo line with ALL of the customer information in it to now pull the credit card number instead....WE ALREADY KNOW WHAT THE CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS. i called and complaine. They said they would investigate. I got an email saying they werent going to change it back.
This is UNACCEPTABLE. The memo line had EXTREMELY VALUABLE information in it BEFORE. SOMEONE CHANGED THIS and NEEDS TO CHANGE IT BACK.
You might as well take out the customer jobs because I CANNOT post my expenses to them anymore !!!!!!!!! Which means QB NO LONGER WORKS FOR ME !!!
I called American Express when this happened and the top exec told me that they NEVER CHANGED ANYTHING ON THEIR END.
I saw a customer request on your public website asking if someone could make the memo space have the credit card number. So someone from QB decided that would be a great idea AND CHANGED IT. Someone at QB needs to make sure that before any changes are made they need to ask someone WITH SOME ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE if this could have any adverse affects…..because CLEARLY this was not thought through!!!!!
The information in the memo lines needs to be put back as it was…
I WILL CALL EVERY WEEK AND MAKE A NEW TICKET ON THIS UNTIL IT IS CHANGED BACK. You cant sell someone a product THAT WORKS, then change it and make it NO LONGER WORK and then send an email saying TOUGH LUCK. NOT ACCEPTABLE to this customer. And from the looks of the complaints, it is unacceptable to EVERYONE ELSE TOO !!!
I WILL ALSO BE POSTING THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE AS WELL UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS ADDRESS AND FIXED.
