'Date Added' display issue on 'Manage Users' form

Hi All,

 

The date under the column of 'Date Added' in the Manage Users' form sometimes disappears and sometimes displayed. Please clarify that whats the reason behind this.

Hello, Abdul Rehman.

 

Sometimes we encounter unusual behaviors in the program.  It usually happens if the browser's cache is overloaded.


You might want to open your QuickBooks on a private window to verify. If it works fine, make sure to clear your browser’s cache or use a different one. 


Though the issue continues, I’d recommend reporting this to our phone support team. They have tools to help you investigate this further. 

  1. In QuickBooks, click Help at the top. 
  2. Select Contact us. 
  3. Provide a short detail about your Date Added information issue.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback.
