Did you encounter any errors when performing a specific task in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? May I know what area in the program you need help with? Any details you can provide will help me get on the same page.


If you still wish to get in touch with our support team, let’s go to the Help section in QBO to get the contact details. Follow the steps below:

 

  1. Press the Help menu at the top to open the support window.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something box.
  3. Click the Contact Support Team menu to view the contact information.
  4. Then choose the Start a chat button for real-time support. ive chat only 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (M-F) GMT.

Please have a look at Case:[removed] INV-62164 - contacting support by bot is a waste of time.  Nobody has the common courtesy to reply to an issue caused by quickbooks.
