Does Quickbook online support Manufacturing Module?

NO. QBO is currently not designed for Manufacturing module.

You need QuickBooks desktop versions like Enterprise or Premier.

How can I manage to manufacture methods calculation?  Example: I purchase Maida, Sugar, Egg, Oil then baking Cake. I am selling cake also I need to decrease the raw material stock like maida extra,,

Consider having an additional app to integrate with your QBO. QBO has yet to offer any assembly feature for a manufacturing company.
