I want to decrease the number of users in my current plan.

 

Kindly guide me

 

NB: I use QB enterprise version 2016; label is wrong because it didn't give me any other option

Do you have QB Desktop 2016 US Enterprise edition with an active subscription until now?

It says "QuickBooks Enterprise Platinum Edition Monthly Standard - Latest Version".

You still pay the subscription and eligible using the QB Enterprise 2020. You are unable to increase/decrease your license seat. You may cancel your current subscription in CAMPS and purchase a new one. If you are not located in the US, you should purchase it thru a partner/reseller. They will help you to get a new license code and you just need to change it on every machine. You don't need to reinstall QuickBooks.
