I'd like to ask those e-commerce businesses with zalora, lazada, shopee and other sales flatform, how to do you automate/ integrate the recording of the sales from these flatforms to QBO?

How do you handle/ what's your practice in QBO for inventory in different warehouses as well as inventories in consignment?

What are the apps you are using/ integrating with QBO?

While we're unable to advise what particular application to use when integrating your sales record from these platforms. You'll want to go to the Apps menu or visit our marketplace to search for one. This offers a variety of third-party applications designed to connect with different systems and automate the recording of your sales. Here's how:

Select Apps from the sidebar menu.
Click the Find Apps tab.
Type a keyword in the search bar or choose Browse categories to filter the results.

To manage inventory in different warehouses in QBO, you can set up and use the Location Tracking feature. This helps categorize data from different locations, offices, regions, or departments of the same company. You can also see all payments for one location and deposit them as a group.

To track consignment inventory, create a separate consignment income account. This allows you to generate a report that shows consignment sales and payments to consignors.

If you use QuickBooks Online Plus, you can use the built-in inventory feature to make it easier to track consignment sales.
