Essential Reports for an Order Processor

I appreciate for providing us a screenshot. In QuickBooks Desktop, we have the Sales Reports where you can run the sales information related to customers, items, sales reps, pending sales, and sales orders. Just access the Sales by Customer Summary and Sales by Customer Detail to show you the details.

For customers and Receivables, we can run the A/R Aging Summary, A/R Aging Detail, and Open Invoices report to find out how much your customers owe and when it is due. Then, for the List report, just run the Account Listing, Price Listing, Customer Phone List, Vendor Phone List, Terms Listing to find lists of useful information about your company.
