We send many feed back regard some issues we need to be updated in QB online but we didn't get any reply

is this mean what we request cannot be provide

I understand that this feature is beneficial to you and your business. However, we're still determining a specific time frame when this would be available in QuickBooks Online.

 

Our developers will base this on the number of requests they receive from customers like you. The more request they will get, the more likely it'll be implemented. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

Dear, 

thank you for your reply 

 

I understand the load you have from clients but please note what I request all in layout only mean all not related to programing, which suppose to be available, like font color to be deferent than background color or give option to chose font color  in all available template, 

you provide packing list option, but we cant customize, at least add on (prepared by, received by , add SKU in print out and many other detail required .

custom filed is with limited number of letters we need to increase the # of letters, give option to place the custom field in any place we want in layout.

also Message on invoice the available font is so light and we need to be able to change the font to be more clear.

we request to provide option to be able to change the field name in template like shipping address in PO it will be use for material but for service we cant call it shipping address.
