I know it can be tough when your QuickBooks mobile app isn't synced with the web version, williamhaussmann. I'm here to help you sort this out.

Usually, QuickBooks Online mobile app is always in sync when you access your account on the web. Any task you do or information you enter on the app will show up on the web, vice versa. Also, your data is always up to date and available when working.

Since the data aren't syncing, I'd suggest making sure you're using the same login credentials. If so, I'd recommend clearing the application's cache files. This helps us refresh the mobile app.

Android version:

  1. From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list
  3. Select Storage
  4. Click Clear Data.

iOS version:

  1. Go to Settings and then click Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose the app.
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, click the Offload App.

If the issue persists, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the app.

Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you learn more about how the QuickBooks Online app works for you. This is an essential part of managing your business: QuickBooks Online App Overview.

I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance with your other QuickBooks tasks, williamhaussmann. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
