Hi, I need to know why my data in the quickbook app is not the same to my data in quickbook online

Hi alfredo5,

 

The QuickBooks Online app is always in sync with QuickBooks Online on the web. However, we can manually update your app to sync other transactions.

 

Here's how we can do that:

 

If you're using an iOS device:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.
