Hi, I want to cancel my QuickBooks subscription but I am unable to cancel it online. Can you please help me with the same?

I can help you sort this out, @Harshit-Goel.

 

Let's access your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. This way, we can isolate this unexpected behavior when trying to cancel your account for a possible browser-related. You can use any of these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Internet Explorer)
  • Control + Option + P (Safari)

If you're able to successfully login, you can try canceling your account again. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. From the Billing & Subscription tab, go to the QuickBooks section.
  4. Click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Select Continue to cancel and follow the process.
  6. Click Submit and cancel the subscription.
  7. Hit Got it.

Once completed, you'd receive an email notification containing your cancellation details. You can read through this article for more detailed information: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

If you wish to re-subscribe, you can go back to the Billing & Subscription page and click the Resubscribe button. Your data will be available in read-only access for one year from the cancellation date.
