Hi im from Sri Lankaim not a business woman or no any business. My baby has purchased online QB app from a mistake. It has deducted USD 38.how can i refund it.

I have purchased quick book mobile app online by mistake and it has deducted USD 38.I need to refund my 38 dollers. How can i do that

We're glad to see you here in the Community, Nadeeka. We'll ensure to share the steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.

 

If you have purchased QuickBooks through a mobile app, we will need to go to your app store to cancel the subscription. Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Open the Play Store app.
  2. Tap on the Profile icon.
  3. Select Payments & subscriptions and then choose Subscriptions.
  4. Look for the QuickBooks Online app in the list and tap on it.
  5. On the Manage Subscriptions window, click on Cancel Subscription.

 

Note: You cannot cancel subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store on the QuickBooks mobile app. You may follow the official steps to cancel a subscription from Google.

 

Once finished, you'll be notified with email confirmation. However, you still view the data of your canceled account for a year. You can read this article for more information about canceling your account: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
