How do I download all of the "snapped" receipts for the whole year onto my computer?

We have snapped receipts on the app and uploaded receipts from our computer to match expenses. I want to go back for the year and download all these images onto our computer. Is there an easy batch option way to do this without going into each individual transaction for the year over and over?

    Currently, the feature to snap and upload receipts in QuickBooks Online is available only in select regions. However, you can download snap receipts by batch. I'm here to help you with this process, @dan9.

     

    To export your receipts, follow these steps:

     

    1. Go to Settings ⚙.
    2. Under Lists, click on Attachments.
    3. Check the boxes next to the receipts you want to export.
    4. Select the Batch actions ▼ dropdown and choose Export.
    5. A ZIP file will download to your computer. Open the ZIP file to access a folder containing all of your selected receipts.

    In the meantime, you might want to explore third-party applications for scanning receipts. You can find options in your Apps menu or through this link: Apps help QuickBooks run better.
