Which QBO plan do you have? It only supports QBO Plus and Advanced. If you are still unable to connect with your QBO region, you should explore another app to integrate with QBO.

I like to reiterate what Fiat Lux - ASIA said, If you're using QBO Plus, you must be able to connect your Fishbowl. Though, QuickBooks Advanced is not available in other regions. 

 

However, If you're unable to integrate it in QBO, I suggest utilizing a third-party applications to QuickBooks Online. 

 

We can also go to the Apps menu within QBO or go to this website for the supported applications: https://apps.intuit.com/app/apps/home.
