I need help with undoing a reconciliation.  Jan - April fine.  May was wierd and it is not correct.

I need my quickbooks reconciliation page to show being ready to reconcile May.  April was fine.  I reconciled May fine and got zeroes but the reports were weird and quickbooks wouldn't let me save the reports.  I need to redo as my ending balance and beginning balance for June are all wrong now.  Please help me.
