How to deactivate login ID from US country and Create in India?

Deactivating the login ID from the US country is not an option since you'll still be using the same email ID to your QuickBooks Online India version. 

To make sure we're on the same page, are you getting this exact pop-up message This user ID is already taken when creating a new QuickBooks Online company? If so, you can click the Sign in link to continue with the process of setting up a new one (India version).

It normally appears after using the username or email ID from another QuickBooks Online company you created.

Since you have accidentally subscribed to the US version, make sure to cancel it. You can follow the steps here: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.

Once you're signed up for another QuickBooks Online company, you can switch the company. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear > Switch Company.
2. From the list, select the company you want to switch to.

Did you purchase QBSE US version? You have to cancel it first prior to purchasing a new blank QBO India account with the same email address.
