If your online banking is connected to your account, QBO will download the new transactions automatically. Nonetheless, if you aren't receiving the most recent transactions or updates appear to be stuck. Here's what you need to do to get QuickBooks to download transactions again.

 

You can start a manual download to get the latest transactions available in your bank account. To do so, here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Bookkeeping menu.
  2. Select Banking (Bookkeeping > Banking).
  3. Click Update.
