At Intuit, we aim for the most frequently accessed pages in QuickBooks Online to load within 10 seconds. Although its service operates through the internet, it also relies on the processing power of your computer or device, the amount of available memory (RAM), and the bandwidth of your internet connection. Since these affect the program's performance, I also recommend checking if your system meets the basic requirements

 

To ensure the best possible experience and improve speed, follow these steps:

 

  • Ensure you have the latest version of Google Chrome by accessing the Chrome menu and selecting Help, then About Google Chrome.
  • Check that your operating system is up to date and meets or exceeds the System Requirements for QuickBooks Online.
  •  Verify that your internet speed is not restricting your experience by running a Google Speed Test. After that, read the Understand your test results section for more information.
