I have committed some accounting errors. i want to input all data again from scratch. How?

Hi shshah64, thanks for reaching out. If you have deleted any transactions in QuickBooks by error, there is no option to retrieve them in QuickBooks. However, deleted data can be viewed under 'Audit Log'.
